All good decisions come backed by data. We looked at what was working best and created an experience focused on informing users, conveying our value props, and driving usage to the Glewee Web + iOS platform.
Problem Statement:
The current website was having a 90% drop off and was extremely hard to update. A cost per conversation was above budget and app sign up where on the decline.
Solution:
The first step was to look at the Data we where collecting from the site currently. What pages are user visiting and why. Once we had a strategy in place we started to build a site map and laying out the copy first. With Glewee being a new industry, messaging was a priority.
