In today's digital age, influencer marketing has become an integral part of brand promotion and customer engagement. To streamline and enhance the influencer marketing process, we are embarking on the development of a cutting-edge app - Glewee. This app aims to connect brands with influencers seamlessly, facilitating collaboration and maximizing the impact of influencer marketing campaigns.

Problem Statement

Currently, brands engage influencers directly through social media messages, lacking formal agreements. Creators often accept work without contracts or proof of payment, introducing risks for both parties. Glewee seeks to address this by offering a simplified and trustworthy platform, fostering secure collaborations between brands and influencers.

QUANTITIVE RESEARCH

Conducting Interviews with existing influencers, to determine our target audience and to gain a basic understanding of our users. About 40 responses were recorded. And based on the responses here are the key insights presented below

  • The Interviews confirms there was a marketplace missing where Creators can find work constantly.
  • Influencers work with other companies currently but do not have an agreement and payment confirmation system.
  • Creators Report Number One Brand Request Is User-Generated Content
  • the market for smaller influencers ( less then 50,000 Follower) is growing at a steady rate.

Competitive Analysis

While exploring influencer marketplace software, I discovered that existing options lack a self-service feature for influencers at different stages—whether they are just starting or already have management. Moreover, competitors primarily operate by reaching out to influencers, as opposed to empowering influencers to actively seek and connect with brands. Glewee addresses this gap by providing a self-service option and empowering influencers to proactively explore and collaborate with brands.

IDEATION PHASE
